Anushka is a relational psychodynamic counselor with prior experience in people management, training, and coaching. Drawing upon a rich background in clinical psychology, trauma-informed care, child-parent dynamics, and multicultural counseling, she offers tailored support and personalized care to her clients. Having traversed diverse cultural landscapes—studying in Canada, interning in Argentina, and training in Karachi—Anushka has cultivated a global perspective. Establishing a thriving private practice in Lahore, she serves a diverse clientele hailing from the UK, US, Canada, Australia, and Pakistan. Anushka's professional interests converge on early attachment, core wounds, the roots and ramifications of shame, and childhood neglect. Guided by a commitment to aiding clients in uncovering unconscious patterns and fostering empowerment, she facilitates transformative journeys toward liberation from past constraints and external ideals. Grounded in authenticity and presence, Anushka extends an open invitation for clients to embrace vulnerability and the present moment. Anushka holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies (BMOS with Honors) with a Specialization in HR and a minor in Psychology from Western University (Canada), an MSc in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from BNU, and an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counseling from CPPD. Anushka is also a member of the BACP.
