Fatima Hashmi

I am a licensed professional counselor and a nationally certified clinical counselor in the state of illinois. I did my Masters in Clinical Counseling at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and graduated in 2019. I work with couples, individuals and also families when I have capacity. I am a relational therapist whose primary focus is attachment based trauma from a cultural and collectivist lens. Here is what I have put down in other platforms that I'm a part of. Carl Jung said "until we dont bring our unconscious, conscious we will navigate life calling things fate" So that is a huge place that I function from. So shadow work and attachment work. Places i have lived have been Karachi, London, Chicago. I play the guitar so music is big for me, i enjoy writing, poetry, painting, vintage architecture etc My ideal client is someone who is willing to go deeper and dissect their old patterns, conditioning and is looking for a significant change in their life.
