Jasmyn Rana

I run a global practice with South Asians from all over the world while spending majority of my time between Australia and Lahore trough the year. I specialise in individual and couple therapy with some key areas of interest being; Narcissistic Abuse Codependency Attachment Styles Dream Analysis Transpersonal exploration I have a passion for the therapeutic process and a deep belief in the potential for growth. Being raised in Pakistan in a mixed race household (mother Australian and father Pakistani) has given me have a deep regard for the nuance of culture, while also appreciating how porus it’s boundaries are. I consider myself a global citizen of the world (having lived in many places). My work is very much relationship oriented; understanding the relationship with have with our loved ones, our families of origin and chosen families, our work, our play, our god, our stress and ultimately with ourselves. I am a deep believer that our relationship with ourselves determines our relationship with the universe at large. Understanding this and working with our blocks and patterns can allow us to live through our highest state of consciousness. I am incredibly grateful for the work that I am exposed to, as it allows me to witness intimate and sacred processes of change within us.
