Therapeutic Counsellor Healing often begins when the parts of us we’ve learned to hide, protect, or carry in silence are finally met with understanding. I am an integrative Therapeutic Counsellor with over 5,000 hours of clinical experience, offering a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their inner world safely and at their own pace. My approach brings together humanistic psychotherapy, psychodynamic therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), allowing us to work not only with symptoms, but with the deeper emotional patterns, protective strategies, and past experiences that may be shaping your present life. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck - caught in anxiety, overwhelmed by difficult emotions, struggling in relationships, weighed down by trauma, grief, or self-doubt. Together, we work to understand not just what is happening, but why, with compassion rather than criticism. A central part of my work involves helping clients reconnect with the parts of themselves that may have been neglected, burdened, or pushed away in order to survive difficult experiences. When these parts are finally heard and understood, meaningful healing and lasting change become possible. I believe therapy works best as a collaborative relationship built on trust, safety, and autonomy. My role is not to tell you who to be, but to help you access your own clarity, courage, and inner resources so you can move toward the life you want with greater confidence and self-understanding.
