Zehra Moinuddin
"I am interested in getting to know and working with all the various, often contradictory, parts of a person. We have parts we show to others, and those we hide away, sometimes, even from ourselves. I am curious about their origins, their beliefs and feelings, their relationships with each other, and how they manifest in our relationships with other people. I believe that the purpose of therapy is to help a person move towards wholeness, not perfection." Zehra Moinuddin graduated from University College London, and is an accredited therapist and supervisor (CPCAB-UK). She works using an integrative approach, borrowing from both Humanistic and Psychodynamic traditions. In addition to running a successful private practice out of Karachi, Zehra runs an advanced diploma in integrative counseling, has experience running groups and workshops, and has set up and run an emotional counseling department at a school.
